Tristan Olivier– GES/GEMS Student of the Year
Tristan Olivier, a 5th grade student at Gramercy Elementary Magnet School, has been selected as GES Student of the Year. Tristan is the son of Theresa Deslattes and Kevin Olivier.
Tristan is a well-rounded, honor roll student at GEMS. He enjoys participating in school events including school musicals, plays, and programs. This year he landed the lead role as “The Cat in the Hat” in Seussical the Musical. He is a member of the GEMS Gator Troupe Drama Club and the Rembrandts Art Club. This is also his 2nd year in the Jr. BETA Club.
Outside of school, Tristan attends Centerstage Performing Arts Academy in Prairieville, Louisiana taking musical theater classes as well as film acting classes. In his spare time, Tristan enjoys reading novels, watching movies, playing games with family, and playing outside with his friends.
We are pleased to announce that after competing at the district level, Tristan Olivier has been chosen as St. James Parish 5th grade Student of the Year.
